My stepson has Eczema on his hands every year. The skin peels off. Its very gross and a real pain for him. I have never found an eczema treatment that actually works for him. Maybe when he gets older he will find a way to deal with it. He won't accept that its Eczema and refuses to stop peeling it when it starts. Its very unattractive and he is self conscious about it around girls now as well. I sometimes think I have something similar on my scalp. Sometimes it doesn't matter how much I scrub my head or how well I condition it I still end up with an itchy flaky scalp. Unlike it his though it seems to have nothing to do with the seasons.
